Step 1, open the Retevis RB20 POC handset, press the button in the middle to enter the menu, and then enter the setting option.

Step 2, enter the fifth item in the settings: FW Update→Choose Account OTA(which means On-the-air account writing mode)→confirm.

Step 3, open the RB20 computer programming software, choose the "on-the-air account writing". after entering Account OTA,

we can see the MEID, IP, and other information of the RB20 machine,

and enter this information into the corresponding MEID and IP location of the programming software.

Note: The server IP must match the RB20 network walkie-talkie. If the IP is inconsistent, you can click to modify it(Change IP). The modified initial password is 123456. After modifying the IP, click Change.

Step 4, after confirming that the MEID and IP are consistent in the third step, you can click read and then write, and it will succeed.
