When you have a new Retevis RT70 POC Radio, you can apply for adding equipment in the order management, to add the device in the management account you already have.
Click on the left side, "add order" button, enter the add order page.
In the "Add number" enter the device number you need to add. In this page, you can also choose "Return the surplus account".
Step 1: Select the type of order on the left side first .then fill in the corresponding information on the right side. Click the "Renew the account"
Step 2: To select the device accout to renew, You can search for the renewal device account or username in the right.
Step 3: In the "please choose the renew time", enter the number of months you want to renew, for example, one year, that is 12 months, and enter 12.
Step 4: Click to save will submit the order to your upper admin.
After saving and submitting, Retevis will receive the application, and after confirming that the payment is received, it will be reviewed and approved, and then you can use the new device normally.
